Welcome to Balloons Studio KM! We are dedicated to delivering premium, custom balloon decorations that elevate your celebrations. Below are our policies regarding local delivery and pickup services in South Florida.
1. Delivery Areas & Coverage
We deliver balloon arrangements and set up event decor throughout the following counties in South Florida:
- Miami-Dade County: Miami, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Brickell, Kendall, and surrounding areas.
- Broward County: Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, and surrounding areas.
- Palm Beach County: Boca Raton, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach (upon request).
If your event location is outside these primary zones, please contact us directly at hello@balloonsstudiokm.com to see if delivery can be accommodated.
2. Minimum Order for Delivery
To qualify for local delivery, orders must have a minimum product value of $100.00 USD (excluding delivery fees and taxes).
3. Delivery Rates
Our delivery and setup fee is calculated dynamically at checkout based on the distance from our studio location. The standard rate is between $2.00 and $2.50 per mile. This fee covers transport, handling of fragile inflated items, and standard drop-off. Scale installations requiring on-site setup may have additional setup fees added during consultation.
4. Delivery Date & Time Slots
During the cart checkout process, you must select an available date and time slot for your delivery. Please choose a slot that is at least 1 to 2 hours before your event begins. You must ensure that someone is present at the delivery address during the chosen time frame to accept the balloons. If our driver cannot access the venue or contact you, the order will be returned to the studio, and a redelivery fee will apply.
5. Self-Pickup Option
Please note that self-pickup is temporarily unavailable as we are currently in the process of relocating our studio. We are working quickly to establish our new workspace and will update this policy with our new address as soon as it is open to the public.
6. Balloon Care & Guidelines
- Weather & Heat: High temperatures, direct sunlight, and wind cause latex balloons to expand and pop. Keep outdoor installations shaded as much as possible. We use premium professional-grade latex, but weather is out of our control.
- AC & Cold Air: Cold air conditioning causes helium to contract slightly, making the balloon look slightly deflated. Once brought back to room temperature, the helium expands and the balloon returns to full size.
- Sharp Objects: Keep balloons away from sharp edges, rough walls, and hot light fixtures.
