For custom setups and event decorations, the client must ensure that our installation team has full access to the venue at the agreed-upon setup time. The client is responsible for securing any necessary permits or venue permissions required for balloon installations. Any delay in gaining access to the venue may result in incomplete setup or additional service fees.
2. Product Color & Representation
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, due to different screen displays, lighting conditions, and the double-stuffed nature of some premium balloon combinations, the actual color of the balloons may vary slightly from the product images shown online.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We accept payments exclusively via PayPal Business on checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. Safety Disclaimer
Warning: Balloons can pose a choking hazard for children under 8 years. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children and discard broken balloons immediately. Latex balloons are made of natural rubber which may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
